NAPHL Peak Performers - September

Esmark's Amaranto and Kemp Honored

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) has announced its Apex Learning Virtual School Peak Performers for the month of September and two Esmark Stars players were honored.

In the 16U Midget Minor Division, goaltender Iannico Amaranto was selected as the top goaltender for the T1ER bracket as he posted shutouts in both of his starts in Blaine.  Amaranto stoped aa 44 shots he faced, including a 28-save shutout over the Philadelphia Little Flyers and a 16-save shutout over Colorado Springs.

In the 14U Bantam Major Division, defenseman Julian Kemp was selected as the top defenseman for the T1ER bracket as he finished second in team scoring, posting five points (1 goal, 4 assists) in four games played in Blaine.  Kemp's numbers included three points, including the game-winning goal in a 6-5 overtime win over the Minnesota Polars.

The players were selected by the league based upon their performance at the 2021-22 NAPHL T1ER kick-off event in September in Blaine, MN.
