NAPHL announces Apex Learning Peak Performers for December 2020

Becker Selected Top Goaltender in 16U

The North American Prospects Hockey League (NAPHL) has announced its Apex Learning Virtual School Peak Performers for the month of December.

The players were selected based upon their performance during all NAPHL games played in November, including events in Dallas, TX, as well as head-to-head games at team sites.

Esmark U16's Blaise Becker was selected 16U Apex Peak Performer (Goaltender) for December.  The 16 year-old native of Phoenix, AZ, allowed just a single goal in two wins, which included 10 saves in an 11-1 win over the East Coast Spartans and a 20-save shutout of Meijer AAA.

This is the second consecutive month that Becker (6’1"/165 lbs.) has captured the top performer award for 16U goaltenders.

In eight overall NAPHL performances this season, Becker has accumulated an overall record of 8-0-0-0 in nine appearances, allowing only 9 goals in those eight appearances, recording two shutouts, and compiling a goals against average of 1.13 and a save percentage of .942.

Overall, Becker has a record of 11-4-0-1 in 16 appearances, allowing 24 goals against in those appearances, recording three shutouts, and compiling a goals against average of 1.48 and a save percentage of .931.
