NAPHL II in St. Louis; Pee Wees in Ohio to Face Tri-State

The Esmark Stars AAA Hockey program will have all four teams in action this upcoming weekend.

The Stars Midget teams (U15, U16 and U18) will all be in St. Louis, MO, Oct. 1-4, for the second NAPHL )North American Prospects Hockey League) Showcase of the 2020-2021 season.

The U15 Stars (4-5-0-1) open the St. Louis event with a pair of games on Friday. First up is Car Shield (MO) AAA (8-7-0-0), 11:00 a.m.  Later that day, the Stars will face-off against the Indy (IN) Jr. Fuel (0-6-0-0) at 8:00 p.m. On Saturday, the U15 Stars face the Des Moines (WI) Buccaneers (3-8-0-0) with a 3:00 p.m. opening face-off.  Esmark's U15 squad closes the NAPHL showcase on Sunday with a 7:00 a.m. rematch with Car Shield AAA (8-7-0-0).

The U16 Stars (4-4-0-0) open the St. Louis NAPHL event with a 1:15 p.m. faceoff against Northstar Christian Academy (MN) Knights (7-1-0-0) on Friday. On Saturday, the Stars will play a pair of games. First up is Car Shield (MO) AAA (3-1-1-0), 7:15 a.m.  Later that day, the Stars will face-off against the Des Moines (IA) Buccaneers (2-5-0-1) at 5:15 p.m.  Esmark's U16 squad closes the St. Louis NAPHL showcase on Sunday with a 9:15 a.m. game against the Indy (IN) Jr. Fuel (1-6-0-1).

The U18 Stars (4-2-0-0) open the St. Louis NAPHL event with a 5:45 p.m. faceoff against Car Shield (MO) AAA (7-0-0-0) on Friday. On Saturday, the Stars will play a pair of games. First up is Indy (IN) Jr. Fuel (6-3-0-0), 9:30 a.m.  Later that day, the Stars will face-off against the Northstar Christian Academy (MN) Knights (7-1-0-0) at 8:45 p.m.  Esmark's U18 squad closes the St. Louis NAPHL showcase on Sunday with a 11:45 a.m. game against the Des Moines (IA) Buccaneers (4-2-0-1).

All the NAPHL games in St. Louis will be played at the St. Peter's Rec Plex in St. Peter's, MO.

Meanwhile, the U12 AAA Stars will travel to Wooster, OH for a pair of games on Sunday, Oct. 3.

The U12 Stars (2-4-0-0) will square-off with the 2008 Tri-State Spartans (1-0-2-0) at 7:15 and 11:00 a.m. at the Alice Noble Ice Arena in Wooster, OH.
