Both the U16 and U18 Esmark Stars AAA teams take to the ice this upcoming weekend, Sept. 7 & 8, 2019, to open the 2019-2020 season.

The U16 AAA Stars will travel to Indianapolis, IN, to face the Indy Jr. Fuel in a pair of road games.  The two squads face-off at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, and then return to the ice for a Sunday, Sept. 8 game at 11:00 a.m.  Both games will be held at the Fuel Tank at Fisher's Ice Arena.

Meanwhile, the U18 AAA Esmark Stars, who will be open defense of their Mid-American District Championship, will face the Amherst Knights in a pair of home games at the Pittsburgh Ice Arena.

On Saturday, the Stars will kick-off the 2019-2020 regular season and home schedule against Amherst. Opening face-off is set for 6:30 p.m. On Sunday the two clubs return to the ice for an 11:45 a.m. tilt at the Pittsburgh Ice Arena.

The U15 Stars are enjoying a weekend off.

Admission to the games on Saturday and Sunday are free and Esmark Stars fans are encouraged to attend.
