The Pittsburgh Pirates and the Officer Brian Shaw Memorial Foundation invite fans and supporters of the Esmark Stars AAA Hockey Club out to the Pirates game on Friday, August 23, 7:05 p.m., as the Bucco's face the Cincinnati Reds.

Postgame, enjoy a fireworks show presented by Zambelli International!

Each ticket purchased through the effort includes a $10 donation to support the efforts of the Officer Brian Shaw Foundation.

Officer Brian Shaw was shot and killed during a routine traffic stop on Nov. 17, 2017, while patrolling in New Kensington.  Officer Shaw's brother, Stefan, was a former member of the Stars U18 Midget team.

"This is a great cause and a easy way for our organization and Esmark fans to step up and assist in generating revenue for the Officer Brian Shaw Memorial Foundation," said Stars General Manager Dave Kosick.
