Four of the five Esmark Stars AAA teams are in action over the course of this upcoming weekend, Feb. 16-19,  as the U12, U15, U16 and U18 teams return to the ice.

The U12 Stars travel to Bridgewater, NJ, to participate in the New Jersey SuperSeries AAA President's Day Tournament.   At the round-robin event, the Stars will face the Connecticut Condors, 11:00 a.m., and New Jersey Jr. Titans, 3:45 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 17.  On Sunday, Feb. 18, the Stars face the New York Saints, 9:30 a.m., and the Southtown Stars at 3:30 p.m.  They wrap-up the Showcase with a 12:30 p.m. game against the Protec Ducks on President's Day, Monday, Feb. 19.

The U15 AAA Stars will travel to the Frozen Pond Arena on Sunday to face the Pittsburgh Icemen at 2:20 p.m.

Meanwhile, the U16 and U18 AAA Esmark Stars will be in Troy, MI, for the North American Prospects Hockey League Dixon Cup Playoffs as the NAPHL crowns playoff champions in the U18 and U16 AAA Divisions.

The U16 Stars, who finished the NAPHL regular season in second place, 14-2-0-1, will open their playoff run against the Arizona Bobcats on Friday, Feb. 16, 1:15 p.m.  On Saturday, Feb. 17, they square-off against CarShield AAA (MO), 1:15 p.m.  On Sunday, Feb. 18, they close round-robin play against the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders (CO), 9:15 a.m.  The semi-finals are scheduled for Sunday evening and the league championship, which the U16 Esmark Stars captured last season, is scheduled for 8:15 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 19.

The U18 Stars, who finished the NAPHL regular season tied for sixth place, 10-4-0-4, will open their playoff run against the Rocky Mountain RoughRiders (CO), on Friday, Feb. 16, 11:15 a.m.  On Saturday, Feb. 17, they square-off against the Sioux Falls Jr. Stampede (SD), 11:15 a.m.  On Sunday, Feb. 18, they close round-robin play against Elite AAA Hockey (CT), 11:00 a.m.  The semi-finals are scheduled for Sunday evening and the league championship is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 19.

The U14 Stars have the weekend off.
